About Padebi
I am Padebi Ojomo. TEDx speaker, transformational coach, business growth expert, and AI educator. For over 15 years I have trained entrepreneurs, built businesses, and helped women step into the fullness of who they are.
My journey started in Nigeria. It led me to the UK on a Global Talent visa. And every step of it has been shaped by one conviction. That the most powerful thing a woman can build is a legacy with her name on it.
My Story
In 2006 I began teaching stay-at-home mums how to build home-based businesses. I had no idea that decision would set the course for everything that followed. Over the next fifteen years I built multiple businesses, trained thousands of entrepreneurs, and became one of West Africa's most recognised digital marketing voices.
I co-founded Purple Signature Limited, built Chic Carpenter, the first indigenous online furniture e-commerce store in West Africa, and created Social Media School Official, a community of over 5,100 members across 17 countries. I became a John Maxwell certified coach, a Meta certified trainer, a Tony Elumelu Foundation mentor, and a Think RAPT certified framework architect.
Then everything shifted. My daughter needed support. I began a journey into transformational coaching, completing my NLP Master Practitioner, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnotherapy certifications. What I discovered changed everything. Not just how I coach, but how I see people and what holds them back from the life they are built for.
In 2023 I relocated to the UK on a Global Talent visa in digital technology. I founded The GPT Club, trained 24,000+ entrepreneurs in AI tools, and became HeyGen's UK Ambassador. I delivered a TEDx talk. I stood on stages across the UK.
And now I am building the work that feels most like mine. Helping high-achieving Black women turn their expertise into a personal brand, a signature framework, and a legacy that outlasts any role.

What I Believe
A title expires when you leave the room. A legacy travels without you. Every woman deserves to build something that carries her name further than her career does.
Tactics produce results. Transformation produces people who produce results. The work always starts inside.
Black women go further when they go together. Every room I build is designed for women to lift each other, not compete with each other.
Working harder is rarely the answer. Working with clarity, strategy, and the right tools is. That is what I teach and that is how I live.
Every business I have built and every stage I have stood on has required choosing faith over fear. That posture is available to every woman in my world.
Black women do not need to shrink to fit any room. They need rooms built for the size of who they actually are. That is what I build.
