Do I need existing investments to join?

No. You do not need any existing investments. You need ambition, commitment, and the willingness to take action. We build your portfolio from wherever you are starting.

Is this only for entrepreneurs?

No. BFQ Woman Mastermind is for Black female entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, and leaders. Your title and industry are secondary. Your commitment to growth is what matters.

Do I have to attend all the events?

No. Members are informed of all events in advance and choose which to attend. Every experience is optional. They are designed to enrich your year, not to create pressure or obligation.

Is the £20,000 portfolio goal guaranteed?

No financial outcome is ever guaranteed. The £20,000 goal is a committed target every member works toward with guidance, strategy, and community accountability. Your results depend on your commitment and the actions you take.

How much time do I need each month?

We designed this for busy women. A minimum of four to six hours per month covers the masterclass, community engagement, and implementation time. In-person experiences are additional and always optional.

What happens after I apply?

After your application you will be invited to a free 20-minute discovery call with Padebi. You will receive a decision within 48 hours. If accepted, you receive your joining details, member badge, and first month wealth action plan.
