What tools will our team need?

HeyGen and ElevenLabs. Both named up front so your security and procurement teams can review them before we start. No surprises on day one.

What does the team actually leave with?

A working AI avatar each, built from their own likeness. A content system. And the Method, so they can keep producing without me.

Can our people deliver this internally afterwards?

Yes. That is the train-the-trainer option, and it is the thing I would push you towards. It is how I scaled to 24,000 at Meta with only 300 trainers.

How large can the group be?

It depends on the format. A half day works for a larger group. A full day where everyone leaves with a built avatar needs a smaller one. We size it on the call.

Online or in person?

Either. Most sessions run online. In person works for UK and Europe. I am based in the UK.

What does it cost?
